Sorting out local flooding

A great bit of casework from Lichfield City Cllr Jacob Marshall about ongoing flooding for the last couple of years. Let’s hope this means Staffordshire County Council will finally sort this issue.

Jacob commented – It is nice to finally get a result for my constituents, but it’s unfortunate that it has taken a Lichfield Live article to spur the County Council into action on this. For two years, residents have been reporting dangerous flooding on this road, raising ticket after ticket, submitting video evidence of near misses and lobbying county councillors.
